AWAS Silver Ball 2010

This was one of our greatest and most exciting production challenges of 2010. Following on the back of a large conference in the Four Seasons, our team had just two hours to transform The Four Seasons Ballroom from a 500 seat conference set up to a glamorous setting for our clients 25th Anniversary Ball in support of Orbis.
The brief from our client was to produce and event manage all elements of the event from concept to execution. The event was to be the most memorable event of the worldwide industry calendar. To create a glamorous and elegant celebration of 25 years of successful trading while bring awareness and raising funds in the most entertaining manner for the charity Orbis.
All aspects of the event were provided through Edgewood Productions in consultation with our client, from theme concept, logo and graphic design, menu and beverage selections, all entertainment elements, set design, room decor, costumes, hair design, A/V, hostesses, auctioneer and auction and raffle management.
One of the most fun parts was suspending a 50ft Airplane from the ceiling of the ballroom!
